Registration

Students that attended a GSACRD school during the 2023-2024 school year will need to log into your Powerschool Parent Portal and click on the 2024-25 Registration link to register.

Please note: Registration is not complete until the 2024-25 Registration Form has been completed, reviewed and approved by the School Principal, the Grade Level Course Request Form has been completed and handed in, as well as all supporting documentation has been received by the school.

Registrations are ongoing at Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools. For planning and funding purposes, student registration is encouraged by the end of March for the upcoming school year. We ask that all new students register as early as possible to ensure a space in the program of their choice. For registration during the summer months, please complete the online form (link below).  Principals will review the application for approval at the end of August.  If you have any further questions, please contact the Division Office. School offices are closed until the end of August. Registrations are accepted until September 30th.  

While we try to accommodate all students wishing to attend Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools, there are occasions when non-resident students are not accepted to the school of their choice. If the school is full to capacity or non-resident students require special education services, they may be offered a choice to attend another school and may be required to pay a cross-boundary transportation fee, if yellow bus service is required.
